Our Process

Submit an enquiry on our website or via this intake form with your basic information and inspiration.
2.
We'll start with an initial consultation call (about 30 minutes) to go over your vision and details of your wedding plan.
3.
From there, we'll do the research and curate a list of options that meet your needs.
4.
We'll guide you through the selection, contract and guest reservation process.
5.
For final confirmations, we'll coordinate with the hotel on the details and any special requests.

Do wedding planners handle accommodation?
Wedding planners specialise in design, vendor management and execution. In most cases, room blocks fall outside of their job scope — and this is where we come in.
We work alongside wedding planners to support your wedding guests on accommodations, while they handle the event side.
What is a wedding room block?
A room block ensures your family and friends stay close throughout the wedding, offering a shared home base for everyone. It secures preferential rates and makes it easy for your guests to book their stay in advance before rates increase.
We handle venue outreach, negotiate room rates and special amenities, and manage contracts so that the lodging side of the wedding feels effortless from the beginning.
Is there a minimum group size?
We typically work with groups of 10 or more rooms per night, but we’re always happy to talk through your needs. If your group is smaller, we can still provide support.
Do you charge a fee?
Most of our services including hotel sourcing and contracting are commissionable — meaning they may come at no direct cost to you. For more complex and logistic heavy planning, we may charge a service fee, which we’ll always share upfront before you commit.
What are the reservation methods for my wedding guests?
Depending on the hotel, your wedding guests will be provided with a dedicated link and/or call-in code to confirm their reservations directly.
Should any of your wedding guests prefer to stay at a property outside of the contracted room block, we are happy to assist them separately. Less to handle for couples, families, and wedding planners — and a more seamless experience for everyone attending.
How should I plan my timeline?
Sourcing and negotiation can start as early as a year prior to your wedding. Once the room block is confirmed, the reservation link can be shared with you guests in your save-the-date, typically sent out 6 to 8 months prior.
