How do I book a journey with Dream Hearts Studio?
Begin by sharing your inspiration, dream destination and intentions behind your journey. If you are unsure where to start, but know you need an escape, consider our journaling prompts as a gentle guide. We’re also happy to explore ideas together with you.
Our process begins with an initial consultation. From there, based on your requirements, we design a journey and share a proposal with an indicative price for your consideration. We are always happy to discuss the details and refine the itinerary with you. Once everything is finalised, we will request a non-refundable planning fee to secure bookings for your journey with our partners.
Does Dream Hearts Studio directly operate all journeys?
As an independent travel designer, Dream Hearts Studio specialises in expert consultation, journey design and seamless coordination. While we do not own or manage properties and on-ground operations, we oversee every detail of your journey from ideation to execution.
We are constantly on the lookout for new developments in the industry and maintain direct relationships with our close partners. We also benefit from an actively growing network through Fora. Our independence allows us to provide unbiased recommendations — curated to match your taste, style and preferences.
Can I just book hotels with Dream Hearts Studio?

Yes, we strongly advise all clients to purchase a comprehensive travel insurance plan before departure. This should cover you against loss or damage to property, trip cancellation, travel delay or interruption, lost or delayed baggage, emergency evacuations, accidental death or injury, and illness or medical expenses sustained or incurred in connection with your journey.
